The Fighter

Boy do I love a good boxing movie! I mean forget Harry Potter, The Rocky Franchise took me there! So naturally I'm excited about The Fighter coming out this year!! Bonus points for being about Irish brothers! (I am obsessed with the boondock saints don't cha know!)

Great cast and Director David O. Russell (whoever that is.)

Disclaimer: I'd see this film for the cast alone. Mark Whalberg, Christian Bale, and Amy Adams could film themselves watching a snail do the worm and I'd yell OSCAR!

I love when Mark plays manly men...ala shooter, four brothers!!!, and himself in Entourage lol. Pause. How the hell did Marky Mark go from Calvin Klein model to producing Entourage, How to make it in America, and now Boardwalk Empire!!! Niceeeeee.

Christian Bale is a brilliant determined actor who of course takes himself way too seriously. But at least he's talented.

And Amy Adams has yet to make me angry in a film. Well done.

Watch the trailer, get excited, then see the film! ok?

Little Red Riding Hood

Amanda Seyfried stars as Little Red Riding Hood in the new 2011 film version. I guess little miss nosy grows up and the town wolf that murdered her family comes back to haunt the already gothic town.

Click here to watch the trailer.

A few things.

1) The director Catherine Hardwicke directed the first Twilight. Guess she is paying Homage.
2) They never show us the freaking wolf! Umm ok, aren't trailers supposed to make me want to see the film???
3) This male lead...Shiloh Fernandez....yea he's two scrawny/weak/femmed out for me to take seriously. I won't with him being the town bad boy.
4) It's annoyingly obvious that the wolf is like Gary Oldman who plays Father Solomon because WHY ELSE WOULD HE BE IN THIS FAKE ASS TWILIGHT RIP OFF.

but as the old saying goes...if it aint broke then don't fix it. Well played Catherine. Sike.

Scream 4: Trailer

Director Wes Craven is back! Yes! I'm  excited to see the new addition to the scream series. Ugh! How come Saw comes out every damn year but we gotta wait a different decade for Scream?
Neve Campbell, David Arquette, and Courteney Cox also return. And I love that the rest of the ensemble cast is of the new young Hollywood...mostly because I'm morbid and they probably all die??

Emma Roberts, Hayden Pannettiere, Rory Culkin (who's dating Emma Roberts??? whaa?) and more lames.

Anydeadbodies, where is my young black Hollywood?? Well at least I won't be mad that they killed them all off first, I guess.

Never Let Me Go: Trailer

So this is a movie that I'm actually pressed to see. I wouldn't say excited because that doesn't accurately describe it. I am anxious yes, because it stars the great Andrew Garfield but I am sad because it also bleakly features my self made arch nemesis Carey Mulligan.

It's the story of three friends who attend what seems to be an English boarding school but as they get older they realize that they have an unfortunate purpose. Will love somehow save them? And if so, whose love? For there seems to be a love triangle of sorts going on.

The movie is out but I have yet to see it. I will though, soon enough. I love a good dramatic piece, and I actually hope to cry. Judge.Me.Not

P.S if anyone asks me if I cried during this movie I'll either break into a sprint or fake a stroke.

The Tourist: Trailer

Here we are yet again. Another espionage movie, of a (disappointing unattractive JUST KIDDING HE'S ALWAYS SEXY LOSERS!) Johnny Depp and a weak British accent (JUST KIDDING AGAIN FAG HAGS SHE CAN DO IT ALL) having Angelina Jolie. All personal opinions besides...this movie has been done so many times I feel like God is trying to send me some sort of message and I'm failing desperately to understand it. OR..if it aint broke don't fix it!

So Angelina's Character gets Johnny Depp in some deep shit and she's so  hot so he's game and a lot of people probably die as well as explosions and maybe even some queer twist! We shall see.

I loved Mr. and Mrs. Smith but this shit looks like Jane Smith packed her shit and decided to go Salt in London! Despite it ALL...I'll be there opening day with a fresh bag of popcorn and M&M's. Don't Judge, I love that shit.
